Additional pricing information –

• Due to our site being listed in multiple locations, there can be a slight delay in bookings appearing on our calendar. To avoid any disappointment or inconvenience, PLEASE ensure we have confirmed your booking prior to booking any flights or other travel arrangements.

• 20% deposit taken on booking

• Full payment paid 6 weeks prior to departure with a security deposit of £250 for the cost of any damage, breakage or theft. This will be fully refunded 10 days following your departure providing our agent confirms everything is in order.

• The number of persons using the apartment must not exceed that agreed at the time of booking.

• We (the owner) can not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained during your stay.

• Due to rising costs, we now request an extra £75 charge towards the costs of cleaning and laundry which will be added to the cost of booking

• Tenancy usually commences at 4 pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10 am on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. This allows for the apartment to be cleaned for incoming guests.

• Payment accepted by PayPal or Bank Transfer and the prices indicated is in UK Pounds. Upon successful confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with our PayPal/bank transfer details.

• *** NEW Service ***  We can now assist with your airport transfers when you land in Portugal.  If you would like more information about this service, please ask for more details when making a booking.
